Calling all garlic lovers!
Here are a couple of delicious ways to dress up the humble spud using our pickled garlic and pickled garlic scapes :
Toss sliced potatoes and lemons in olive oil, season with salt & pepper, then top with pickled garlic scapes and fresh oregano or herb of choice. Wrap in foil and grill or roast until tender.
Boil or steam small whole potatoes until tender. Drain, then place on parchment-lined baking sheet and gently crush each potato with bottom of a glass or potato masher to create lots of craggy edges. Brush liberally with olive oil infused with plenty of chopped pickled garlic. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and fresh herbs and roast until golden and crispy.
